Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat messages regarding orders, shipments, and account status during weekend hours.
- Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Order Management: Process returns, exchanges, and special requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Data Entry: Update customer information and order details in our internal CRM systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekday support team to ensure continuity of customer care.
- Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handle time and first contact resolution.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot issues for customers.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
