Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints including check-in, dining, and concierge services
- Manage weekend check-in/out processes with precision and efficiency

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless weekend operations
- Execute weekend inventory management and quality control protocols
- Uphhold brand standards while adapting to fluctuating weekend demand
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience required
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Proficient in reservation systems and basic office software
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
