- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Supervise team of 5-8 associates during peak weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Process shipments and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with day-shift managers for seamless handovers
- Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate when necessary
- Train new weekend team members on standard procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
