Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse activities including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Supervise weekend shift staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time tracking and reporting
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Background check and drug screen required
