Responsibilities
- Manage weekend front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless service delivery
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Oversee property security protocols during weekend operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Train new weekend staff on service standards and procedures
- Collaborate with weekday managers for operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in property management software (Opera preferred)
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and transportation
- Flexibility to cover occasional holiday shifts as needed
