Responsibilities
- Manage weekend front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out processes
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams for optimal weekend service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies for weekend operations
- Train and support part-time weekend staff on service standards
- Implement weekend occupancy strategies to maximize revenue
- Prepare end-of-weekend reports and handover summaries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Weekend availability required (Friday-Sunday, 6am-2pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly valued
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
