Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations during weekend shifts (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Supervise team of 5-8 part-time associates
- Manage inventory tracking and documentation systems
- Resolve operational issues in real-time
- Conduct safety compliance checks
- Communicate with overnight shift for handover protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years logistics/warehouse experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer proficiency (WMS systems preferred)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
