Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations including inventory management and shipment scheduling
- Supplemental team leadership for weekend staff including task delegation and performance monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation of weekend activities and handover reports
- Resolve operational issues promptly while maintaining service quality standards
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure seamless operational continuity
- Conduct safety compliance checks and maintain OSHA standards adherence
- Support customer service inquiries during weekend business hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of logistics or operations experience preferred
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
