Responsibilities
- Operational Execution: Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks with precision and speed to meet daily KPIs.
- Equipment Management: Safely and proficiently operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records using our state-of-the-art WMS (Warehouse Management System) and conduct cycle counts.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damages and ensure all packaging meets our high-quality standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure seamless weekend coverage.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a history of punctuality are essential.
