Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory counts and organize stock levels to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while adhering to strict safety guidelines.
- Package and label merchandise for shipment, ensuring high-quality presentation.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks, maintaining a steady workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless operational transition.
- Report discrepancies or damaged goods immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or retail setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read safety labels.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
