Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support store operations during peak weekend foot traffic
Qualifications
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and cash handling aptitude
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- 18+ years old (if alcohol handling required)
