Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during Saturday and Sunday shifts, ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers.
- Provide top-tier customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with product selection.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and performing cycle counts to minimise shrinkage.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash and card payments responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse clientele.
- Reliable attendance and a strict commitment to weekend availability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software.
