As a Weekend Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our warehouse and distribution center runs smoothly from Friday through Sunday. Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and ensuring proper organization of stockroom areas.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and update inventory data.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless workflow transition during shift changes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with all OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and verifying incoming/outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
