Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory and warehouse operations during weekend shifts
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and productivity targets
- Maintain accurate documentation of shipments and inventory counts
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with loading/unloading and sorting of packages
- Provide excellent customer service when interfacing with clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Reliable transportation to our Richmond facility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
