Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound customer orders efficiently and accurately during weekend shifts.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring cargo is secure.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional service support.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless transitions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (rotating shifts).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
