Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours
- Execute inventory management and stocking procedures
- Operate point-of-sale systems with 100% accuracy
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards

- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Participate in weekend-specific operational planning
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Previous weekend or shift work preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license (if applicable to role)
