Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and prepare parcels for local and regional delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and within OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure package accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks during peak shift hours.
- Reconcile inventory logs and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a consistent weekend schedule (Friday through Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of attendance.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
