Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and display areas to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately at the register using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and organizing stockrooms.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and cleaning tools as required.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation is required.
