Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team lead to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Handle incoming freight and verify delivery accuracy upon receipt.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work the weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
