Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and efficiency during the weekend peak hours.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock movements and daily logs as required.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
