Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries and service tickets with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Perform daily inventory audits and stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
- Operate warehouse management systems and scanning equipment to process shipments and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handover of operations and reporting.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures strictly.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
