Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests during weekend operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our hospitality software
- Assist with event setup and coordination for weekend activities and conferences
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across public areas and guest facilities
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solution-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving responsibilities involved)
