Responsibilities

- Optimize store presentation through visual merchandising and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and store cleanliness standards
- Process merchandise shipments and maintain organized stockrooms
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year retail/customer service experience
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional errands)
