Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing payments and handling transactions
- Prepare and maintain high-quality food/beverage presentations following brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Manage inventory and restock supplies during shift hours
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety protocols across all workstations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Fri-Sat-Sun) and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain
- Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years old to comply with alcohol service regulations
