Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Efficiently process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible shift times (Day/Evening). No conflicts with major holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
