Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized shopping assistance and product knowledge
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain store aesthetics and brand consistency
- Process POS transactions accurately while managing cash handling procedures
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets and KPIs
- Assist with floor recovery and operational tasks during peak weekend traffic
- Participate in weekend promotions and events to drive customer engagement
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and trends
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Basic math proficiency for POS operations and cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Detail-oriented with visual merchandising awareness
- Positive attitude and collaborative team spirit
- High school diploma or equivalent required
