Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise during weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising displays to drive weekend foot traffic and sales
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend coverage and store presentation
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Participate in weekend sales promotions and special events
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during weekend shifts
- Positive attitude and adaptability to changing weekend demands
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass weekend availability commitment verification
