Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accurate cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Manage inventory control through stockroom organization and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational excellence
- Support loss prevention by adhering to security protocols and monitoring fitting rooms
- Participate in weekend floor walks and store opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and occasional holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
