Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product knowledge and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorset transitions and window displays
- Manage inventory through stockroom organization and receiving procedures
- Collaborate with team during peak weekend rushes to ensure seamless operations
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring sales floor and adhering to security protocols
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays (6am-10pm shifts)
- Strong communication skills with ability to build client relationships
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Knowledge of luxury retail standards and brand aesthetics
- Reliable transportation with punctual weekend availability
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset during high-volume periods
