Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge during weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges per policy
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in weekend floor walks and security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills and comfort with POS systems
- Knowledge of current fashion trends a plus
- Valid Oregon driver's license (if driving required for errands)
