Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service, product recommendations, and styling consultations
- Execute efficient POS transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist in visual merchandising and inventory management tasks
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Process returns/exchanges while maintaining brand service standards
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Uphold store presentation standards during peak weekend foot traffic
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Professional appearance and brand ambassador mindset
- Availability to work occasional holiday weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
