Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend production activities ensuring quality standards and efficiency targets are met
- Coordinate shift schedules and assign tasks to team members based on skill sets
- Monitor equipment performance and implement preventive maintenance protocols
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless handover and workflow continuity
- Prepare shift reports and production metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in production management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
