Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend production operations for 15+ team members
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures
- Train and mentor new production staff
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment troubleshooting
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
- Prepare shift reports and production summaries
Qualifications
- 3+ years manufacturing/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in production management software (SAP, ERP)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license
