Responsibilities
- Safely operate and monitor assigned production machinery and assembly lines.
- Perform routine quality control inspections to ensure product standards are met.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and GMP regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve daily production targets and quotas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and math skills required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- Willingness to participate in on-the-job training and safety certifications.
