Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 weekend warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during weekend operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Generate weekend performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Manage weekend equipment maintenance and facility security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management principles
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekends with occasional overtime
