Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume picking, packing, and shipping operations with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity.
- Maintain a pristine and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the weekday shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical logistics certification is a plus.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but we offer training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and required overtime during peak seasons.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and basic computer proficiency.
