Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily logistics operations during weekend shifts to ensure business continuity.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and updating clients on shipment status.
- Collaborate with the weeknight team to coordinate incoming inventory and prepare daily work orders.
- Monitor warehouse systems and digital platforms to identify discrepancies and rectify errors promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all weekend activities, logs, and safety reports.
- Assist in training and onboarding new temporary staff members during weekend rotations.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with immediate availability.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse operations is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is required.
