Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily inventory levels and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and staging shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed at all times.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve workflow.
- Process customer orders and handle returns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a proven record of punctuality.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is a plus but not required.
