Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of weekend activities and inventory counts
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company standards
- Communicate effectively with day-shift managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of warehouse or operations experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate machinery
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM)
