Responsibilities
- Manage and verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to track inventory movements in real-time.
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies using analytical problem-solving techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the weekend team lead to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Assist in training new staff members on proper material handling and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency with computer systems, specifically handheld scanners and WMS software.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
