Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations during weekend shifts to maintain optimal inventory flow
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) with precision and safety protocols
- Process and verify incoming/outgoing shipments using WMS technology
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory documentation
- Implement quality control checks to ensure product integrity
- Collaborate with weekend dispatch team for real-time logistics adjustments
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Train weekend associates on operational best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Valid Kansas driver's license (for occasional yard operations)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
