Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all logistics and warehouse activities during weekend shifts.
- Supervise a team of 10+ employees, ensuring productivity and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment processes.
- Enforce strict safety regulations and conduct regular facility inspections.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical problems to upper management.
- Train new hires and conduct performance reviews for weekend staff.
- Maintain accurate records and generate weekly operational reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a high-volume environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software.
- Valid forklift and OSHA safety certifications are required.
