Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates, drivers, and logistics staff.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a secure work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Monday-Friday team for seamless handovers.
- Resolve operational issues and address staff concerns immediately during the shift.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in workflow and productivity.
- Conduct shift briefings and training sessions to ensure team alignment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
