Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and logistics activities during the weekend shift.
- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff and drivers.
- Ensure all safety protocols and compliance regulations are strictly followed.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team.
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Prepare and review weekend reports for upper management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations or logistics management.
- Previous experience leading weekend shifts is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.
