Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all daily warehouse operations and logistics workflows during the weekend shift.
- Conduct daily inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies with 100% accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of weekend associates to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Coordinate with weekday management teams to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
- Monitor equipment performance and schedule necessary maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Must be available to work rotating weekends (Friday through Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
