Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading, unloading, and staging of freight to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our state-of-the-art warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct daily quality checks to ensure all orders meet our high standards of excellence.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to optimize workflow and resolve any operational bottlenecks.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) and clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
