Responsibilities
- Efficient Processing: Execute loading, unloading, and sorting of freight with a focus on speed and accuracy during weekend shifts.
- Inventory Control: Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as certified.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus; we provide paid training.
- Documentation: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliability: A track record of punctual attendance and strong work ethic.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions in English.
