Role Overview
In this role, you will be the backbone of our weekend operations. You will ensure inventory accuracy, assist with order fulfillment, and provide top-tier support to our clients. This is a hands-on position requiring physical stamina and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure accurate product availability.
- Process incoming and outgoing orders with speed and precision.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to resolve any weekend discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service solutions.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after proper certification.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
