Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks with high accuracy.
- Manage inventory using handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless shift transitions.
- Conduct quality control inspections on outbound pallets.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift/Scissor Lift) as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work Friday through Sunday, including holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
