Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform accurate cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Package and label merchandise for shipment, ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by reporting hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte facility.
